How to build the most innovative HOSPITAL in ITALY | 4×03

Hello, hello! ✨

What a thrill this episode!!!! We go to Milan with Sacyr to sneak into the work of the Polyclinic Hospital (developed through the SIS consortium) in Milan, one of the largest and most innovative projects in Italy 😍.

Giulia, architect and production manager, aka the ultimate boss, shows us how to build a hospital from scratch.

From prefabricated staircases that arrive by truck and are assembled like LEGO pieces, to ready-made bathrooms, to BIM systems that control EVERYTHING from a tablet...

We also visited the X-ray rooms with lead walls, the Faraday cage for MRI 😱 and even lights that mimic the sky to make patients feel calmer 🌤️

And then we sat down to chat more quietly about what it's like to work on such a big project, the challenges of being a woman leading teams, what nobody tells you about hospital architecture and how such a project can literally save lives 💗

A beautiful episode, full of curiosity, inspiration and soooo much work 😂.

If you're into engineering, architecture or just seeing how something so beastly is made... you're going to love this episode 🏗️✨
